Atmosphere was nice and pleasant for a pizza pub restaurant. Pizza was below average in my opinion. Northside location is much better option for pizza. Couldn't ask for a better waitress, so my star reviews are only hers not the kitchen.

7/23/20...We came to town yesterday to celebrate my Mom's birthday here. This was our first time visiting this location. Our waitress was friendly & checked in with us frequently. Our pizza was great. The mozzarella sticks & marinara weren't so good. I've never tasted mozzarella sticks or marinara quite like them before. Otherwise, good experience.

Great pizza

I had the gluten free chicken strips and gluten free pizza.Both where really good.The chicken strips where quite the surprise don't usually find those gluten-free but they were very very good and I will definitely get them again had a good experience at Fat Jack's being a person that has celiacs disease it can be trying to find a place you can eat and not get cross-contaminated but I had no problems at this Fat Jack's on 117 and Lima Ohio

Wasn't pleased at all with pizza

Food was amazing, but only a few issues. The atmosphere was great! The server we had did not know what types of drinks they had and said "I don't know but we have tons of beer and soda!" The people that trained her should have made sure that she knew what they have! But other than that the server was really kind and apologized anytime she made a mistake!

Very unhappy was told 4 minutes after 15 got my order for dinner got home both sandwiches were absolutely nasty. I will not return to this location. The man in front of me said very long time before I return. Really sad caus Fat Jack's Findlay Rd is so awesome.

I've always gotten good food from here until tonight. The pizza wasn't ready when they said it would be (and we waited an extra 15 min before we went) and the one was burnt almost black (didn't know it til we got home and it was too late to go back), I spent almost $89.00 and I'd like my food to be eatable. The kids picked around the burnt pieces to get what they could.

We ordered a 21inch pizza at 5:45 this evening. My husband paid for it at 6:20. Order#117783.He waited 45 minutes for the pizza. This is unacceptable.Our guests were my mother in law (who had just been released from Lima Convalescent Home), and sister-in-law from Missouri. Considering the weather, we were concerned. But, it was your POOR service that was the delay. It may be another cold day in h—-- before we have another Fat Jack’s Pizza.

Fat Jack's Pizza is amazing! What can I say? It's been around Lima for years and years and I've been enjoying it since I was a little kid. It is my favorite pizza in the whole entire world! There are always so many toppings that you don't have to ask for extra! And the crust is nice and thin, but not too thin.

Our server bartender was Toni and she was awesome. The food came out fast and was delicious.

If you don't want stay and eat. We always have one made fresh.Bring home and cook it.

I love Fat Jack's! I don't live in Lima, Ohio but when I visit friends and family in the area, Fat Jack's is a stop I look forward to making. I think the pizza is delicious...it must be the sauce. I can only guess the rest of the menu is as good as the pizza.

Pizza was excellent. Highly recommend the Steak Special sandwich. Service was very good.

Great pizza for a good price!

Fat Jack's is a Lima staple. Great thin crust Pizza with a tangy sauce, cut in squares like the good Lord intended. The sausage though is a country sausage rather than a fennel Italian sausage. Not bad, just not as good as a traditional fennel sausage. Overall a great place to grab a brew and a pie.

Phone in order wrong when I got there. 1 pizza cold other crust not done and not all ingredients. Plenty of other pizza places in Lima.

I took my best friend out for lunch for her Birthday...it was her place of choice. The food was great...wonderful service and atmosphere. I will be returning.

Poor poor poor poor all the way around! New waitress and not trained properly n when n issue comes up with a customer it's on the management to handle situations not the waitress! U got a worker sitting in the crowd drinking and when a problem rises they wanna jump up n try n hadle it drunk!, sad! Poor waitress! U wont c me again, I'll spend my hard earned money at other local businesses! No professional employees at all, I'm saying in management! I'd fire um all! Terrible food!

We usually order a pizza from here on fridays for lunch at work. Well the last one we ordered they gave our pizza away to another customer so we went without lunch that day.... very unprofessional and if it's a company ordering it they should at least deliver. Hell blue lick pizza delivers and I think they rival fat Jack's all day... shame on them for being so unprofessional and unreliability. We decided the welding shop will no longer order from this location again... booooooo! Shame on them....

Best pizza ever! They cook their pizzas with the toppings underneath the cheese, if you're curious. Dining in is always a friendly experience and yes, they do know the correct way to make a drink. Couldn't be happier with the overall service.
